I am a Amway Distributor what i felt is that when associating we r being told that we are Business Owners that derives lot of people as every one wants to be free of Boss but after coming up-lines start behaving as Boss in the name of system what ever it may be Team One, Brit or else which hurts EGO part and makes many of them discontinue they lay down their own rule making people think wrong about company even we feel as we are trapped and even cant leave as some body in my group came to this business just in my faith its really difficult situation company should really lay a strong rule regarding this and monitor this frequently.

Not everyone is connected to an independent support system. Your upline can ask further upline. Various "Lines of Affiliation" are listed on AmwayWiki

There are many many different support systems. In general you are connected to the same one your sponsor uses. It’s possibile, but difficult and discouraged, to plugin to another one if you wish.
