1. Thts wonderful…..im njoying Amway buisness opurtunity..joined few months back…its complete package of health..quality tym..quality money…security…recognition…tension free life…spirituality…watevr u need fr gud health..its osssm …i lov it…

2. I really like number five. I had no idea Amway had so many patents. I know they have tons of great products, but that is downright amazing. It’s also neat to know they are the “big dog” in our industry. Great post.

3. I am a new IBO for Amway, and am very happy to find this website. I also want to use my own change of mind about Nutrilite to encourage those who are being bombarded with doubts.

As a physician practicing conventional medicine, I have been trained to give medical advises or prescribe treatments only if they are supported by evidence published in well regarded medical journals. For something to be recommended, there need be proof of tangible results, first and foremost, and also plausible mechanism, so it can be expected to be reproduced in others. Vitamins or nutritional support, especially those using large amount, were among suspects of hoaxes that I stayed away from.

My views were changed because of observing the tangible results from taking Amway (Nutrilite) and after being humbled by such results, sought to and found understanding of the plausible mechanism. My mother, a diabetic for 25 years and insulin dependent for last 15 years, was cured off her diabetes after 3 months on high dose Vitamin therapy using Amway Vitamins. It wasn’t because of change in other factors such as weight reduction, or better lifestyle. None of that changed. After about 2 months on the regimen, her blood glucose began to drop, and she started taking less and less insulin, until it was stopped. Then the oral medicine was also stopped. It has been a few months, and her glucose continues to be normal without any medications to lower it. This is a tangible result that I can have full faith in, unlike a report I hear from 2nd or 3rd hand.

So what is the plausible mechanism? Many of the tissues in our body, including the endocrine cells in pancreas that produce insulin, our nerve cells in the brain and many other types of cells carrying out specialized function, are thought to be unable to regenerate once dead. But that is not entirely true. They can be regenerated when given proper nutrition, which are some of the Vitamins essential to the process, and usually in much larger quantities than needed for normal cells, because those cells are not as capable of extracting them from the blood stream as the normal cells. The Vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients contained in Nutrilite Double X and other Vitamin products provide these needed nutrients that stimulate the regeneration process.

But why Amway, why not high dose Vitamins from just any manufacturer that would be much less expensive? The answers are in the principles I have explained above. There have been tangible results with Amway, in curing someone’s diabetes, but not with vitamins from other leading brands. At least not in a way that I can put my full faith in. There is also plausible explanation for the difference, which is, that all Amway’s nutritional products are made from plants grown in their own organic farms, or salmon caught in a designated part of the ocean still not yet heavily polluted. Therefore, when giving someone high dose vitamins by Nutrilite, I don’t have the worry of putting in some contaminants that at high dose may become harmful if I use other brands.

The remarkable success of Amway as a Privately held company is also a testimony worth considering.

Thanks for you good work.

1. Me n my family consum Nutrilite suppliments about 13 years. I start giving my childrens Nutrilite suppliments from 1 week baby. Add protein, vit c, calcium, multivitamin, a lot of acerolla Cherry drink and nutri bifidus (probiotics) 1 pack a day.
This will help to improve immune system in your child .

4. I just joined amway and in two weeks im having a little girl.. I see a lot of negative comments but still I dont want to be that person who my kids talk about how hard worker he is and how much of his life he sacrificed to give them the best. NO!!! Im gonna be that susuccessful person my kids look up to in the future, yes it will take time but what doesn’t. I may sponsor one person each year but my business will grow. Be honest on what you say on what you think about amway.

5. I am a new returning IBO to Amway. Chine brought me back into Amway. Who could use an extra $2500 per month part-time in their budget? With Amway this is achievable and more. My friends above me are $3500 to $4500 and loving life. This is very achievable.

so in all you look like an idiot when you don’t know what on earth your Talking about
and I agree with another poster that when you publicly disparage the 19 wealthiest privately owned company in the world you may have some legal issue coming your way.get ready!!!

7. For people who keep saying that AMWAY is pyramid scheme….Wouldn’t you say the same thing about a corporate job where the Big boss makes the most out of everyone else under him/her? There is nothing wrong with having a job either, that’s what responsible adults do whether or not they like it.

For people who say they do not want to make money off of other people especially friends and families…they are missing the point. Everyone makes money off of other people. Doctors make money off of people being sick. Fire fighters make money off of unfortunate accidents/incidents. Mortuary people make money off of people dying. A car salesman makes money off of people needing/wanting a vehicle. This is the main idea and principle of Economics.

For people who thinks that AMWAY is an illegal scam…you don’t realize that they have Sears, Best Buy, Kmart, Dicks Sporting Goods as one of their partner stores…Wouldn’t you think that their corporate lawyers have gone through an extensive review of the company before saying…hey let’s be business partners. Heck if BestBuy thinks Amway is good enough for them why wouldn’t I think it’s good enough for me.

For people who thinks that are turned off by the business because it seems to be all about the money…get real…it’s a business!!! not a charity organization. What puts food on the table? What pays the bills? If you don’t want money to be your identity then think of something good to do with it. Donate it to your charity…give it away…if you are the sensible sacrificial-hearted person you say you are, then you know exactly what you should do when the money comes to you.

Oh and by the way, this is a business venture…much like a job where you simply won’t get paid by saying you work there but you don’t ever show up. It’s a simple concept, not an easy one..there is a difference. You’re an adult and should know how to motivate yourself day to day much like to motivate yourself to go to work even if you’d rather not on some days.

8. I’m proud that I’m an AMWAY accident!!! from Philippines still a young market here AMWAY will celebrates its 15yrs in the Philippines by 2012. My Hope is that the mall of Amway will be build here in Mindanao. I’m an accident because my purpose is just to buy the agricultural products but in the end I investigate and explore the business I found out it was a multi-billionaires market.

9. I just recently joined the amway business and found out in this business that “If you accept criticism from people, you are achieving your dream. And if you cant accept criticism from other people, you will end up the same with them controlled by there job, business without freedom in the end.”

1. This was an internal publication of Amway’s. I suspect they didn’t consider their own staff and IBOs might think they were lying. But since you apparently do – how about actually pointing out any of the “facts” you think are sketchy?

10. this the only business on earth to achieve complete finencial freedom and help people to do so.this is Amaaaaaaaaaaaazing opportunity.

11. Hi, would be nice to have this information updated. Some figures have changed of course. If you have that opportunity, you’re welcome. Thanx! 🙂

12. thank you for your valliant efforts to back the worlds greatest business model and greatest corporation of all times.
as amway is founded on strong prInciples-FREEDOM ,FAMILY, HOPE AND REWARD.ITS sure gonna grow big time.
and for the people like lightshine- I really feel bad that they despite being MORONS OR IMBASILES about how to study and evaluate a business, keep on harping about smthing they over heard or read smwhere. may be its not there fault as its the same thing about any other biz or profession where lots of people are involved and have all the freedom to express there perceptions. its just like the story of four blind men trying to describe an elephant by just touching one of its legs or trunk or ear.
anyways its just like what Bill britt says- let the dogs bark as our carvan is moving ahead anyway.
go diamond guys, and prove that u have the guts to succeed.

13. We are user of Nutrilite products for six years. It has impacted our health which is normally by any supplement. The thought with which one consumes these supplements is only producing wonderful hormones in body resulting in unbelievable affect on body.

14. Wow! Beyond Impressive.

During my years as an Amway IBO I was constantly amazed by this company track of achievments. Today after reading the above list of facts, It does not surprise me, I just have an extrange “feeling of pride.” There is no doubt, even though I am not in at this moment, I still want to be part of something as GREAT as Amway!

I think this is more than a great business model and a succesful company. I can recall the voices of Rich & Jay talking about their vision and Amway building principles and these are the ones that really matters because they transcend the time and space. Amway founders values are the only hope for America. What
is a real source of pride and admiration is how their integrity preserved these values intact so our new generations can still have an opportunity in the mist of all the modern crisis.

Amway makes me feel really proud to be American!

I own Organic Best Choices/web business, but today I have been absolutely and possitively influenced and motivated by Amway facts, It’s history and It’s future.

Thank you for Amway Facts!

God bless you all

16. Amazing, anyone who visits this website please do yourself a favour and go to google and search for “the truth about … (I am not going to mention the name but a very popular hamburger brand)” It is like anything that is successful, lazy unsuccessful people will always find the time to criticize a successful project. I joined Amway recently and have never in my life worked with people who have the same common goal, integrity, honesty and transparency in their business. There are no secrets and if you are willing to work just a little bit harder than the rest, you can make a success of this. I know someone in my team joined this company 8 months ago and is already seeing great returns. How if this was a pyramid can this guy make it work in 8 months? People on the outside do not know what they are talking about and don’t realise what they are missing out on. Even if I don’t make $1 from this business, which I know will not be the case, I enjoy working with the people and this business is changing my life. Thank you for the opportunity.

17. hello im just new in amway i registered when im 18 year old which is last year 2009. my first view about amway is, amway is a rough business but when i join the meeting i found that this business were free of time when we want to do it we decided ourself that why i choose amway as my secondary job now. eventhough i still studying but my business and study move simulateneously it was a big mistake if im not registered in amway.. i think i was the lucky kid that sincerely join this business i want a very bright future…

18. I Joined and Stopped. Mind you, I did not try the business and Quit. I just stopped. These Amway guys are good with Sales and money making. I am not into selling things. But, without doing anything, in the 11th month, I got a check of 200 dollars and when checked the guy who joined me said, thats the differential and if I actively did something, I would definitely get more. But, am lazy. Its good, easy money. Why not ? ( I did not continue, Age, Lazy). Youngsters, anybody less than 45-50 definitely can should do it. Atleast for your grandkids it will be useful. Whats the worst that you lose ? The friend who stops talking to you because you joined Amway ? Well, I would rather not have that friend. Afraid of Losing money ? How many Millions or Thousands or Hundreds are you investing ?
Go Kids… try it…. I got my money I started for less than 200 dollars.. you have your lives that gets wasted if you dont try.
Do not listen to stupid people like LightShine who might be Old like me and has nothing to do other than bitching about something good.
Try it…. 3 months.. go to 3 meetings for 3 weeks. Then decide. Try it Kids.. try it.
Bless You All….

19. Don’t forget the “hidden 5”!

51. In 2005, 1 in about 8300 folks were fortunate enough to reach Diamond status and make an average of $150K per year.

52. In that same year, 1 in about 630 folks were fortunate enough to reach “direct” and make an average of $47K per year

53. In that same year, the average take of all ACTIVE IBO’s was $115 per month BEFORE expenses, such as how much they spent on our world-famous marketing tools and seminars!

54. The 629/630 people that didn’t make the average of $47K per year are either losers, dream killers, lazy, unmotivated or those who didn’t try hard enough or “follow the plan”.

55. That in this day and age of information technology, you can still operate a barely legal pyramid scheme and have 99% of your workforce work at a loss year after year with some basic brainwashing techniques and the promise of retirement after “2-5 years” after which one can life on “passive residual income”.

Folks, the billions made by Alticor and the lucky few who got in at the top of the pyramid have nothing to do with what a “new recruit” stands to make. The original pioneers of Amway sold products in a new and exciting way that ordinary Joe’s could learn. But now, corruption in high up in the upline food chain and sales of “tools” has dragged the Amway name so far in the mud not even the Quixtar and Amway Global names can trick people. It may have worked for a while, but new IBOs are not failing to sign up new recruits for lack of trying. They are failing because the secret is out. If you really want to do Awmay a service, stop the “deniable plausibility” and “cognitive dissonance” (cult-like denial of fact and truth) and DEMAND that your leaders restore the company to what the founders meant it to be. A way for Americans to make some honest money. Not fleecing the poor and vulnerable out of their rent and food money to make 1% of IBOs filthy rich. Greed has spread like a cancer through your organization and the public knows it.

Stop trying to hide behind the lies and start demanding your “uplines” go back to founding principles.

And for those of you about to lose your homes, think hard about the “dream” you bought into. Dreams are great but how come Awmay folks never talk about attainable or realistic GOALS? Because there is no GOAL to shoot at in Amway to day. Just belief in an impossible dream.

I don’t want your money people. I don’t want to crush your dreams. I can’t steal or crush a dream that isn’t real if I WANTED TO! I don’t even KNOW you but I don’t want your children to be on the street next week. That’s all I want for you. To see past the lies here. I don’t care if you work a J.O.B. or an MLM gig – just be true to yourselves and care for your families. God knows your upline won’t be there for you if you decide 5 years of sub-poverty wages is not the dream you were after!

I’ll pray for you all. So God’s light can illuminate the truth for you all to see.

1. Lightshine, my first response was to think this post had travelled through a time warp. For a start, distributors at the top of the bonus scale have not been called “direct” for a decade, and certainly not in 2005, the figures your citing. Secondly “fortunate” would appear to have little to do with it. The Direct Selling Association reports that 2 out of 3 reps spend less than 10hrs per week on their businesses. On what basis do you think they should even be considered as trying to reach significant levels? And if there not, then why are you reporting them as if they’re “business failures”? Let’s say 1000 people sign up to run a marathon. One turns up on the day, he completes the marathon. What was the percentage of participants who could successfully complete a marathon? You say 0.1%, I say 100%. Only one actually tried, the others just registered an intent.

Apart from that, your figures aren’t even correct. In 2008, “approximate percentages of Direct Fulfillment IBOs of record in North America who achieved” Platinum and above was 1.0820%. That’s 1 in 92, not 1 in 630. Diamonds and above was 1 in 3215, not 1 in 8300.

Then of course you want to complain about the average “active” income being $115 before expenses, and you go and imply all these huge expenses! Really? Your “active” if you just buy enough to get a bonus. How much expenses were involved in that? You’re “active” if all you do is go to one meeting, once in a year. It could even be one of the free Amway meetings. Expenses? Ask your brother, once, if they want to buy some XS – you’re active! $115/mth for that is pretty damn good income, wouldn’t you say?

But of course, you wouldn’t make that if that’s all you did. You’d make nothing. And you wouldn’t have expected to. It’s people like you who are saying these people are losers etc, not me. I’m more than happy to have folk in my business who are just in it to get great products at a great price, maybe sell a bit here or there for some pocket money. Why do you think that is so wrong?

1. I fully agree with everything you said ibofightback! Keep on keeping on. Amway’s products are amazing and the people involved are absolutely awesome!

2. as amway is founded on strong prInciples-FREEDOM ,FAMILY, HOPE AND REWARD.ITS sure gonna grow big time.
and for the people like lightshine- I really feel bad that they despite being MORONS OR IMBASILES about how to study and evaluate a business, keep on harping about smthing they over heard or read smwhere. may be its not there fault as its the same thing about any other biz or profession where lots of people are involved and have all the freedom to express there perceptions. its just like the story of four blind men trying to describe an elephant by just touching one of its legs or trunk or ear.
anyways its just like what Bill britt says- let the dogs bark as our carvan is moving ahead anyway.
go diamond guys, and prove that u have the guts to succeed.

3. I can’t believe they still pushing this crap. No one anymore makes money from amway. It is a recruiting business, not a product businesss.
Good luck. It is a big waste of time AND your hard earned money.

1. I can’t believe people are still pushing THIS crap! Amway paid bonuses to over 300,000 people just in North America last year. It sold nearly $12 billion in products, at wholesale pricing, and owns the best selling brands in the world in supplements and home air and water filtration systems, as well as being top 5 in premium skincare and top 10 in cosmetics.

Please, do some research.

4. its funny, a family member of mine in amway, spends more time at the pawn shop when its time to go to meetings (religious conferences). I pray for her.

25. Although we all know many of these facts, it is easy and helpful to show it to the prospects in a single place. Infact prospects belief more when we show them when compared to telling them. Things like these are very motivating. – Faheem
