Britt WorldWide, Team-One, Vision Global achieve Accreditation

September 1, 2008 was the deadline for North American Amway Global business owners to either be personally accredited or to be part of an accredited organisation. Accreditation requires the organisation or individual to pass a range of “quality control” criteria to ensure they are teaching and implementing “Best Practices”.

IBOs and IBO organizations who have achieved accreditation have satisfied all program criteria, including providing a professional development curriculum that includes product training and business-building components. They engage in communications that comply with the IBO Communications Platform, which can be summed up as: focus on business and “treat others as you would like to be treated.” They demonstrate a commitment to best practices and ongoing education. They offer professional development compensation plans that are transparent, written, and contractual. And, IBOs who achieve accreditation are in good standing and in compliance with Amway Global’s Rules of Conduct.

Failure to achieve accreditation may result in loss of discretionary SIP bonuses (Sales Incentive Program, formally Quixtar Business Incentives). eFinity, MarkerMan, ProSystemOne, WIN, P5, and Network TwentyOne have been accredited for some time now. As of today, the old Quixtar Accreditation website now points to quixtar.com, and some new organisations are now listed as having achieved accreditation.

Congratulations to –

Vision Global

Britt WorldWide is a well known and very large organisation, led by Founders Crown Ambassadors Bill & Peggy Britt. Vision Global I don’t know much about, however for some time now there’s been a couple of very active Youtube channels, with numerous postings of Vision Global Diamonds. They appear to be strong amongst Hispanics. Team One are lead by Diamonds Brad & Kim DeHaven.

No word yet on other organisations, such as InterNET and WWDB, however I’ve heard rumours that Quixtar/Amway Global found the task more resource intensive than was planned for, so there may have been some delays on their end.

  2. I am a Amway Distributor what i felt is that when associating we r being told that we are Business Owners that derives lot of people as every one wants to be free of Boss but after coming up-lines start behaving as Boss in the name of system what ever it may be Team One, Brit or else which hurts EGO part and makes many of them discontinue they lay down their own rule making people think wrong about company even we feel as we are trapped and even cant leave as some body in my group came to this business just in my faith its really difficult situation company should really lay a strong rule regarding this and monitor this frequently.

    1. What would you like to know? Network 21 is a global support company for Amway IBOs, quite probably the largest in the world, founded and led by Founders Crown Ambassadors Jim & Nancy Dornan. It was one of the first large organisations to be accreditated by Amway in North America.

    1. There are many many different support systems. In general you are connected to the same one your sponsor uses. It’s possibile, but difficult and discouraged, to plugin to another one if you wish.

  6. IBOfightback,
You stated that my question about accreditation is a reasonable question. With that, will someone (Bridgett, Visioneer or TWS) please try to answer it? Any thoughts are appreciated. And since the blog is about accreditation, lets agree to keep the comments on that subject. I am genuinely interested in my “reasonable” question being answered.

  7. Ibofightback,

You’re correct, my original response to john was based on his past comments. I probably should have explained that in my post.
As TWS has already explained, he just goes into his tired ranting about the business.

  8. John,
I find it very ironic that you can continually ignore any questions that are posed to you concerning your involvement with the business, and than turn around and expect me to answer any of your questions. Knowing full well, that you could care less about the answer and are just looking for a platform to start another argument.

To prove my point, when I didn’t immediately respond, you took visioneers suggestion to ME and started your tired ranting. I have never heard the term “trolling”, but I certainly think it fits many of the comments you’ve made recently.

As for your accredidation question, I think my thoughts/experiences could be valuable for other IBOs, however, I think I’ll save it for a another time and place.

  9. FYI, a “straw man” is:

an informal fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent’s position. To “set up a straw man” or “set up a straw man argument” is to describe a position that superficially resembles an opponent’s actual view but is easier to refute, then attribute that position to the opponent (for example, deliberately overstating the opponent’s position).

A straw man argument can be a successful rhetorical technique (that is, it may succeed in persuading people) but it carries little or no real evidential weight, because the opponent’s actual argument has not been refuted.

  10. Johm,
You do realise that anyone can just scroll up and see that your last post is completely disingenuous? Bridgett made a comment about your comment to Visioneer, not TWS. Your comment to Visioneer was out of line. You made various ridiculous straw men attacks against him and IBOs with out-of-context quotes that he, like me, may never have even heard.

You were clearly just trolling for a response with dishonest, insulting, and misleading attributions. Your comments clearly support Visioneers suggestion to TWS that you should be ignored, and clearly support Bridgett’s belief you’re just trolling.

Your original question re accreditation was a reasonable one, however your response to Visioneers recommendations (which I’m guessing is based on past experience) was not at all reasonable.

If the latter is indeed your true colours then you are not welcome on the site, simple as that.

Sincere, reasonable questions and discussion are acceptable.

  11. Bridgett and Visioneer,
The blog title is “Britt… achieves accreditation.” TWS in a comment says “Worldwide is about to announce they are accredited.” I then ask TWS a question about “accreditation”. Visioneer then advised TWS to not respond to my question about accreditation on this blog about about accreditation.
Then Bridgett accuses me of “trolling”. Then Visioneer agrees with Bridgett. Are you guys kidding me? Are your minds that controlled? I ask a question about accreditation on a blog about accreditation, and you call that trolling. Internet trolling (posting to try to get an emotional response) would be something like Bill Hawkins and David Shores posting youtube videos of their insane anti tipping, new flexibility Perfect Water. If the water could do that, why did Quixtar make them take their trolling videos down? Now I ask you who do you believe (Hawkins and SHores) who clearly demonstrated that the anti-tipping properties of Perfect Water work. Or do you believe Quixtar who told them to take that nonsense down?
It is no wonder WWDB has taken the longest to get accredited. And I still don’t understand why you guys aren’t spending your time building your business.

  12. john,

My statement still stands and what I have revealed about my business is still correct. Believe it or not, there ARE people who can make this business work and make income from it! Just because YOU didn’t make it work, doesn’t mean it can’t work. Or, perhaps more accurately, you never even tried?
I think Bridgett’s response to you is correct: Internet troll is a good description of you.
Just because we agreed to disagree doesn’t mean I can’t still make comments about you.

  13. john,

Your comment to visioneer reeks of Internet trolling

You’ve trolled on other threads on this site, and you are now doing in on this thread.

The definition of an Internet troll is:
someone who posts controversial and irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

  14. Visioneer,
Is it your role as an IBOAI spokesperson to tell TWS or anyone who they should or should not respond to? Just because you can’t answer it doesn’t mean that you should encourage others not to. By the way, I thought you & I agreed to disagree. I thought you would do your thing & I would do mine. Why are you reading to my posts? Shouldn’t you be building your business? What would your upline say about the time you spend on the internet (bathroom walls of society) reading the “negative” critics? Remember 99% loyalty is 100% disloyalty. Remember that one. So is your upline teaching you to engage in the reading of the internet critics or are you just another disloyal IBO? By the way, I have heard so many income exaggerations, I don’t believe you and your proclaimed success until you prove it. I think you are just like them.

  15. TWS,
Can you share what will be different in WWDB after accreditation verses before accreditation? Maybe if you could just list the top 3 things that will be different. Thanks in advance.

  16. Its unofficially official! Just recieved word from the CEO of WWDB that the accredidation process is complete. Going through final paperwork and expect to here from Amway Global officially in the next week or so. 🙂

  17. Amway/Quixtar has always required customer volume, there’s no change on that with Accreditation. Accreditation should , amongst other things, ensure some of the knowledge required to develop it is being taught by IBO organizations

  18. Hmm..
I don’t see any difference in the way things are in BWW. Except that in last function they had breakout sessions for product promotions, but in open they are still insisting on BFY model, i think part of accredition was to change that to retail model or something..
