Warning: "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"? in W:\HostingSpaces\chbbrorg\thetruthaboutamway.com_6tEYsEhl\wwwroot\wp-includes\pomo\plural-forms.php on line 210 Videos | The Truth About Amway - Part 8
I found this Alticor video on the website of a company called SoundPost. The video is apparently some kind of corporate branding video, with the theme "Alticor: Helping People Lead Better Lives". You'll find the phrase used often on Amway and Quixtar corporate websites as well and it is considered the corporate "vision".
Soundpost describe themselves as follows –
Sound Post is a full-service audio recording studio specializing
in audio post-production, music and sound design for advertising, films, children's educational
programming, multi-media presentations, and the internet.
Their site indicates they did the music score for the video. I'm sure you'll agree they did a fantastic job.
Alticor today launched two TV advertisements based on the theme "I am Amway". Given that "Amway" per se doesn’t really exist in the US market, who is the target market for this? The ads talk a bit about "jobs in michigan", so it’s pretty obvious the target – Michigan voters! Given most of America still hasn’t a clue about Quixtar – Amway it is.
While most of the "marketing" budget for a companies like Amway and Quixtar goes to the IBOs out there sucessfully WOMMing – Word of Mouth Marketing, occasionally the corp. does "branding" for various products. Here's an old SA-8 advertisement. I'm not quite sure of it's origin, I think it's British, but I have a vague recollection of seeing it in Australia when I was a child in the late 7s or 8s.
