I've received a very interesting email from someone calling themselves "system balance" who is apparently quite close to the coalface regarding the issues surrounding Amway and the BSM companies in the UK and Europe. I'm going to give myself a day or so to digest what they said before I comment on it. They've asked me not to quote them directly, but that doesn't stop me paraphrasing.
